Demetrius "D" Parker, Founder of Trust Leadership Collective
"D" the visionary founder and principal culture architect, has shaped his leadership philosophy in the most challenging environments, from the military to municipal government, driving significant advances in building collaborative spaces and organizational effectiveness. “D” has over 40 years of Leadership experience, with 20 plus of those years being HR/OD experience, and 10 ½ of those while supporting local government entities.

Desaray Bibb PHR, SHRM-CP, Senior HR Consultant & Coach
Desaray has a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, employment law, performance management, coaching, and organizational development. Desaray has played a pivotal role in shaping the culture and effectiveness of various companies across diverse industries in both the private and public sectors. She is known for being passionate about empowering leaders and individual contributors, having a collaborative leadership style, and her ability to coach and cultivate high performing teams.
